Eric Trump announced June 2, that the Donald Trump campaign has amassed an astonishing $200 million since the former president’s conviction in New York last Thursday, May 30.
This massive haul came from both small- and large-money donors, as conservatives and independents across the country lamented the jury’s decision as an affront to the justice system and that the United States had become a banana republic.

Former Democratic Congresswoman Tulsi Gabbard expressed her disgust at the ruling on X stating, “This should be a wake up call to all Americans.”
“Biden and the Democrat Elite have turned our country into a banana republic. They will go after anyone who dares to challenge their power.
“We, the people, are the only ones who can reverse this disaster and save our country by voting them out of power on Nov. 5th,” she wrote.
Gabbard is not alone in her determination to make Joe Biden a one-term president, either.
The Daily Mail conducted a poll in the wake of the historic ruling, marking the first time a former president of the United States was found guilty of a felony.
“New Daily Mail poll says Trump received a 6-point bump in approval after he was found guilty in New York City,” reported co-owner of Trending Politics Collin Rugg on X.
“According to the poll, 22% of people said they ‘now have a more favorable’ rating of Trump while 16% said they viewed him more negatively.
“That six-point net positive result is another sign of the way the businessman-turned-politician seems able to ride out crises that would sink anyone else,” the Daily Mail wrote.
If the radical activist DA and New York judge had hoped to slow Trump and his momentum down before the Republican National Convention and the November elections, they may be coming to the realization that they instead boosted not just his base, but those who recognize a weaponized court system as a danger to the very freedoms this nation once embodied.
