Looking back on her journey, Katherine can see how God was developing her character, sifting out shame and insecurity, so she would be able to enter Hollywood and be who He created her to be. Many times she questioned what was happening, as the Lord had her in various jobs and at different levels of responsibility. Her unique journey was not logical to the world but was crafted in His wisdom.
The Lord has taught Katherine how to release the presence of God into atmospheres that are the complete opposite! In the fashion and film industries, she has learnt how to bring His kingdom, often without words, extending her spirit over people and rooms.
It is so important we let go of our human understanding and let the Holy Spirit guide us in every area of our lives. We need to be open to Him asking us to do things differently or in ways that have never been done before. When we follow His voice, it has a ripple effect which displays His splendor to those around us. Katherine has seen this kind of walk lead many to Christ who would have previously never given Christianity a second thought!
