I was in worship when I saw a great wave of God’s glory coming off the water and I heard the word “billows.” Webster defines a billow as a rolling mass, especially a great wave. I listened to the Lord say, “Tell My people they are accepted and as they internalize that acceptance that a great surge of My glory is going to come upon them.”
As I continued worship, the Lord revealed that people don’t know and aren’t feeling accepted. Acceptance comes from knowing who you are in Christ, your kingdom inheritance and that you are created in the image of God. You are pleasing to God, and the Father accepts you because He made you.
Your acceptance of who the Lord has created you to be releases your anointing. You are accepted and anointed; and when you put acceptance and anointing together, it will release your destiny. You are accepted because the Father created you, Jesus died for you and the Holy Spirit is in you. You are accepted, not rejected! He trusts you, and He accepts you for who you are! You are anointed, appointed and accepted!
Receiving our acceptance come from releasing guilt, condemnation, shame and regret. The Lord revealed to me how some of your obstacles to not receiving acceptance are because you feel shameful. You are holding onto your sin and the unworthiness you feel as a result of that sin. He said, “Release shame, guilt, condemnation and regret so My glory can invade those places. Your sins are forgiven; now forgive yourself. If I separated your sin as far as the east is from the west, now you need to separate it and believe it.”
Acceptance is knowing that you are worthy because Jesus is worthy and the Spirit of God lives inside of you. People have rejected people for so long that for some, it becomes a struggle to realize that the heavenly Father accepts them. No sin is too great; He can forgive. He can still use you.
As I was in worship, I kept hearing, “Tell My people they are accepted.” I think some of you need to shout it out, and you need to hear yourself say it. You are accepted by God the Father, Jesus His Son and the Holy Spirit.
Just as important in this vision and the word I was receiving was the wave and billow of His glory He wants to release into believers’ lives. The glory was coming in and being released, and it will come in as a rolling mass as you believe you are accepted and release the guilt of sin. Being accepted was a key to God’s glory coming upon you in stronger measures. He accepts you. Now the question is will you accept yourself and receive His glory? {eoa}
