A seasoned player with MLB experience, Lorenzen had previously pitched for the Cincinnati Reds and the Los Angeles Angels. His Instagram bio reads, “Unashamed of the Gospel of Christ,” while his Twitter bio, which references the Bible passage Romans 5:8, underscores his identity as a “Servant.”
Lorenzen’s mother, Cheryl Lorenzen, took to Twitter to celebrate her son’s success, attributing it to God’s blessings and urging him to “stay strong in your faith and keep pushing through!”
