Kanye West Renounces Christian Faith, Calls Himself God
Jesus isn’t King for Kanye after all.
In an interview with radio host Big Boy, West revealed the issues he has with Christianity and the apparent lack of answered prayers he had when he was trying to pursue the Christian faith.
“I have my issues with Jesus,” West says. “There’s a lot of stuff I went through that I prayed, and I didn’t see Jesus show up.”

There’s a Big Difference Between Prophecy and Manipulation
I love the gift of prophecy, and the Bible tells us in 1 Corinthians 14:1 that we should desire to use it. I love to see people strengthened and encouraged by a personal word from God. But spiritual gifts, much like guns, can be misused—and when prophecy is misfired it always hurts people. That’s why we need more training on the healthy use of the gift of prophecy.
Over the years I’ve seen a lot of spiritual abuse perpetrated by so-called prophets who said things in the name of the Lord to manipulate people or to push their own opinions or agendas. A few years ago, I had to pray for a married couple who had been told by a “prophet” in their church that God was going to kill them because they should never have married.
This sweet couple struggled for years under a dark cloud of condemnation because this person used super-spiritual words to plant seeds of doubt about their relationship. Thankfully, after prayer, they rejected the false prophecy (which was really a curse), and they experienced freedom from the misguided words.
3-Year-Old Girl Murdered in Deliverance Abuse
A preliminary hearing has begun for the tragic death of a 3-year-old girl who died in 2021 after her mother, grandfather and uncle performed an alleged exorcism on her.
The trio believed the child had a demon in her because they felt she may have seen something sinister on her mother’s phone, deciding she needed to have a demon cast out of her.
The child’s family performed the supposed exorcism at a small Pentecostal church in San Jose, California. Her mother, Claudia Hernandez, her uncle, Rene “Aaron” Hernandez Santos, her grandfather, Rene Trigueros Hernandez, have all been charged collectively for felony child abuse. Rene Trigueros Hernandez is reported by KRON4 to be the church’s pastor.
