Is it truly a sin to cuss?
During a livestream question-and-answer time, Isaiah Saldivar answered perhaps one of the most controversial questions that Christians ask: Is it a sin to use profanity?
“Yes, it’s a sin,” says Saldivar. “No matter what way you try to get around the cussing argument, cussing is a sin because the Bible says ‘Do not let any corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth.'”

“The Bible says says you’ll be judged on every idle word. The Bible says ‘how can pure water and salt water come out of the same stream?'” he continues.
Rather than justifying coarse language, Saldivar challenges believers to pursue purity in speech as a sign of spiritual maturity and reverence for God.
But that’s just the beginning. In the rest of the video, Saldivar tackles even more tough questions with boldness and biblical clarity. If you’ve ever wrestled with questions about language, lifestyle or what it really means to live set apart, you won’t want to miss what he says next.
