In a passionate message by Pastor Vlad Savchuk, he challenges the growing hostility toward Israel within the Church and reminds Christians of God’s unchanging promises to His people.
“With what’s happening in Israel, I have realized how much anti-Semitism actually exists today in the church,” Savchuk says. He describes how calls to pray for Israel were met with backlash from both believers and unbelievers, accusing him of supporting an oppressor.

However, he clarifies, “We are not throwing our hat in support for everything Israel stands for and everything Israel does.” Instead, he urges believers to differentiate between political imperfection and spiritual mandate.
Quoting Deuteronomy 7:6–8, Savchuk reminds listeners that God chose Israel not because of their greatness but simply because of His love and His oath to the patriarchs. “This may trigger some of us… but that’s the Bible. And this is not speaking of Slavics, Hispanicsor people in Africa or Asia. This is speaking of the Jewish people.” He emphasizes that the promise to Israel includes both a spiritual calling and a physical land: “God gives him an oath that Abraham will have a land that will belong to him and his descendants forever.”

Addressing the modern conflict, Savchuk warns that the battle is deeper than politics: “Hamas is the spirit of Hitler. It’s the spirit of the Antichrist. They want to wipe them out completely. There’s nothing to do about the land.” He also affirms Israel’s enduring claim to the land: “The promised land to Israel is permanent. The European Union cannot change that…Nobody can change that. That is God’s promise, and that doesn’t change.”
Through a prophetic analogy, Savchuk likens Israel’s future salvation to Joseph’s reconciliation with his brothers. Just as Joseph revealed himself after the third visit, he says Israel has returned to the land three times, the most recent being in 1948. “They are ripe right now for that time when the Bible says they will look at Him whom they pierced.”
