As Johnson shared, the Christians were killed by firearms and machetes after ISIS stormed the inside of the church.
At least 40 dead in the attack carried out with firearms and machetes.
The attack in Komanda, eastern DRC, involved ISIS-affiliated ADF rebels storming the church during a prayer vigil killing with guns and machetes, while burning homes.
This is a silent genocide that has taken millions of Congolese lives.
Now, in the wake of tragedy, Johnson is calling the church to rise up in prayer together for the people of Congo.
