God and Donald Trump releases seven weeks from today, Nov. 7. Already we are getting positive feedback on the book, including good placement among retailers and a number of great media interviews.
My first interview was today (Tuesday, Sept. 19). It was on “Bill Martinez Live,” a nationally syndicated conservative talk radio program covering politics, culture, faith and entertainment that airs Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to noon Eastern time.
It is a full-hour podcast, but you can listen to my 24-minute interview by clicking here (the interview begins at 34:36). Bill was an enthusiastic interviewer and said the book is needed. He had also figured out that Trump’s election was somehow an answer to prayer, which is one of the main points of the book.
I have been immersed in this project for several months, and I wondered, How can I describe the book’s contents in a few minutes in a way that communicates its message even to those who will never read it? And how can I create an interest in the book so many will want to read it?
Because Bill is a great interviewer, I found it easy to talk about the miraculous aspect to Trump’s win, how the president seems to have changed in the last 10 years and how he has surrounded himself with men and women of God—even how he has taken up Christian causes.

You can also preorder the book on that same page. If you do that, you will be sure to have the book shipped to you on Nov. 7 rather than having to track down a copy at a local retailer. There have been big orders from Walmart, Costco, Barnes & Noble, Books-A-Million and Sam’s Club. It’s also available at most Christian bookstores, and we must support them with our business when we can.
But there’s another reason to preorder: It helps me by helping the book sales take off. Preorders are counted in that first week, which in addition to retail sales, will help get the book on the various best-seller lists.
