Televangelist Jesse Duplantis Accused of Heresy After Sermon on Isaiah 9:6
A common verse used during the Christmas season is that of Isaiah 9:6, saying, “For unto us a child is born, unto us a Son is given, and the government shall be upon His shoulder. And His name shall be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Eternal Father, Prince of Peace.”
This verse is traditionally attributed to being a prophetic saying about the coming of Jesus Christ.
We are clearly living in volatile times and the uncertainty of what is around the corner can leave you uneasy. We sat down with the top prophetic voices in this generation to hear what God put on their hearts for this next year and how the body of Christ can step in to it.

As we enter into the year 2023, it is important to see the full spectrum of what the Holy Spirit is doing, both locally and internationally. This year’s theme, Bountiful Blessings and Turmoil, may seem to be contradictory! How can we have both bountiful blessings and turmoil?
The explanation is that we will see blessings in the midst of turmoil.
As the Apostolic Council of Prophetic Elders, we have set our hearts to issue prophetic words, warnings and admonitions, as well as calls for prayer. Prophetic intercession is an important part of our meetings as we both hear from the Lord and intercede.
Tim Sheets: God’s Children Will Reap Major ‘Inheritance Benefits’ in 2023
Prophet Tim Sheets has great news for the heirs of the kingdom of Christ. Holy Spirit recently revealed to Sheets that, in 2023, God’s promises made over the last decade will be fulfilled and that His sons and daughters will reap “inheritance benefits.”
“We are moving into a time when great victories will be seen in the individual lives of the heirs of the kingdom,” says Sheets, the founder of AwakeningNow Prayer Network and the Pastor of Oasis Church in Middletown, Ohio.
“It is going to happen for many of God’s children. Great family breakthroughs will be activated in the lives of born-again ones who declare ownership of the promises, the ones who will say ‘this promise is mine. The kingdom atmosphere is bringing them into season. When something is in season, you can partake in it, reap it. A kingdom shift in atmosphere is going to make it easier to receive inheritance blessings from the Father. Great breakthroughs are coming.”
Do You Need a Word From God for 2023?
At the beginning of every year, I always spend time in fasting and prayer to seek God for direction. In most cases, He gives me a word that helps me navigate the coming season. Sometimes the word has been as simple as, “Keep running your race,” a reference to Hebrews 12:1. In other years the Lord has given me detailed instructions.
I believe He wants to give you a word of direction for 2023. But many Christians struggle when it comes to guidance. When they pray, they strain to hear anything. They know God speaks, but either they don’t believe He wants to talk to them, or they don’t want to obey what He says. Many believers have never known the thrill of hearing God’s gentle voice.
