Hollywood may finally be turning a corner in the right direction.
In an interview with Fox News Digital, Hollywood actor Kevin Sorbo detailed how changing political climates in the United States just may have enough force behind it to shift the content in the darkest land of all: Hollywood.

Speaking of his prior experiences in the entertainment industry, Sorbo called himself the original victim of Hollywood’s cancel culture.
“Well, I’m the first cancel culture victim before I knew it was a term. Hollywood booted me up a dozen years ago for things I was posting on the internet,” Sorbo says. “And I looked at my age and I said, ‘Oh, you guys are upset that I’m posting the truth? Is that a problem with you guys?’ Because they hate the truth, and they hate anybody who’s a Christian in Hollywood, anybody who is conservative.”
Sorbo also said that his views make him like a “double leper” or “kryptonite” to those in the entertainment industry.
Now since starting Sorbo Studios and seeing political changes happen with the Trump administration, he believes things are starting to change for the best.

“I think with Trump in office again right now, there’s definitely a shift. People will hate him in front, but those people that hate him, they’re gonna see their lives get better. Trust me,” he says.
Ultimately, Sorbo says the Hollywood elites are like tired of losing money instead of making it after years of woke content.
“I think people are tired of it, and Hollywood’s tired of losing money, like they’re going to lose another $300 million on this woke Disney movie with ‘Snow White,'” Sorbo says. “…the American people are fed up, and I think they showed it in the last election as well. They said enough is enough of this stuff…”

Kevin Sorbo’s film “What If…” is set to celebrate its 15 year anniversary in theaters that will include a special cast reunion and roundtable, which is to be hosted by Dallas Jenkins.
Kevin Sorbo’s reflections offer a surprising dose of optimism for the future of entertainment. While he’s been outspoken about the challenges he’s faced in Hollywood, he now sees signs of change driven by shifting political winds and audience demand for truth-filled, value-based content. As faith and family make a quiet comeback, Sorbo believes Hollywood may finally be waking up—and he’s ready for it.
