“Daniel… was determined not to defile himself,” Goins-Phillips said, pointing to the example set in Daniel 1.
Hallowell reflected on his own effort to regain clarity, saying, “I’ve removed the apps from my phone for 30 days. It sort of recalibrates and gives a little bit of peace.” He added, “The primary reason that I should be using it… is to honor God.”
