On the Jimmy Swaggart Ministries website, the ministry made the announcement that next weekend, July 12 and 13, will be a time to reflect on Swaggart’s remarkable life.

We invite you to join us in honoring the life, legacy, and ministry of Brother Swaggart, a man who faithfully labored in the harvest for over seven decades. His voice echoed across the world, proclaiming the message of the cross with power and compassion for the lost. Now, having finished his race, we come together to celebrate the eternal impact of a life fully devoted to the Kingdom of God.
Saturday, July 12 from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m. a public viewing will be held, and on Sunday, July 13, Swaggart’s celebration of life will be aired live through the SonLife Broadcasting Network at 6:00 p.m. Regular Sunday service will be held at 10 a.m. that Sunday morning.
For those traveling into Baton Rouge for the service, the ministry recommends staying at either the Renaissance Hotel or the Element Baton Rouge South.
During this time of both mourning and celebration, ministry leaders have reflected on Swaggart’s impact on the world.
On X, Pastor Jentezen Franklin recounted Swaggart’s legacy.

Bishop Alan DiDio and prophetic voice Joseph Z discussed the fascinating prophecy Swaggart made decades ago about gathering the harvest of souls.
“Jimmy Swaggart carried a global media anointing,” Joseph Z said.
“This is not casual. This is a key transitional moment. If you can see it, you can be a partaker of it,” DiDio explained.

In a powerful message, evangelist Perry Stone also recounted how a phone call from Swaggart marked his life forever.
“Before I was ever married he was very pivotal in my life,” he said. “After I got married, we watched him on TV consistently…”Stone said.

I became very much appreciative of Jimmy Swaggart sermons they sort of turned out to be precisely wah I needed to hear. And now of course Donnie Swaggart has the same effect if not even more so. I do wish I could type more efficiently without making all these typing errors. Bro Jimmy Swaggart’s ministry was very instrumental in my early years of salvation. I remember watching his telecasts, and was very blessed by them, especially the music. My condolences to the family, the LORD will continue to give them strength, and grace.

I have watched him for years .My Mother died when I was 13,
The programs especially the crusade messages always give me the strength I needed to keep going on.
I know Brother Donny, will carry on as that’s been his life and he’s a great preacher.
And as I watch Brother Gaberial , He’s just a little Jimmy in the making. He is going to be awesome in his time as well.
