In a recent video, L.A. Marzulli shared how the “21st rung” of disclosure around the topic of UFOs has now been revealed.

Marzulli begins by acknowledging that UFOs are no longer just a curiosity—they are a reality that is becoming impossible to ignore. The 21st rung signifies the latest step in the ongoing disclosure of information about these unidentified flying objects, where whistleblowers are coming forward with alarming claims.
A recent whistleblower who was featured on the Joe Rogan Experience revealed that the U.S. government possesses more than 10 recovered UFO craft, a shocking admission that strengthens the case for extraterrestrial or nonhuman technology being in human hands.
Marzulli ties this to the famous case of Bob Lazar, who claimed in the 1990s to have worked on reverse-engineering alien technology at Area 51. Lazar’s testimony laid the groundwork for what would eventually become the “UFO Disclosure” movement, but the latest developments signal that we are now moving closer to full public acknowledgment.
Another testimony that Marzulli points to is Commander David Fravor’s 2004 encounter with a UFO off the coast of California, which adds further credibility to these claims. Fravor’s testimony, first brought to light in 2017, describes an incident in which he and his team observed an object with technology far beyond anything the U.S. military possessed. Despite radar confirmation and eyewitness accounts, the event was never thoroughly investigated—something Fravor finds deeply troubling. The phenomenon is not only real but is also actively being ignored by government officials, he says.
The “21st rung” also marks a moment when the line between official government secrecy and the revelations of whistleblowers is starting to blur. The involvement of alternative media platforms like Joe Rogan’s podcast instead of mainstream outlets illustrates a shift in how the public is engaging with UFO information.
“The alternative media,” says Marzulli, “is taking off.”

Marzulli cautions that while the UFO revelations may seem exciting, they are part of a larger “coming great deception.” He suggests that the ultimate aim of this disclosure may be a form of global manipulation—framed as salvation, with extraterrestrials positioning themselves as humanity’s creators.
The future of UFO disclosure remains uncertain, but one thing is clear: the phenomenon is not going away, and its implications are far-reaching.
