This video, which ended up being the final teaching by Dodie Osteen before her death, reiterated how God can do great miracles in the family unit.
Dodie, who famously overcame liver cancer through faith and healing Scriptures, emphasized that prayer is not a one-time act, but a daily declaration of God’s promises over our families. One of the key themes she spoke about was declaring words of blessing and life over one’s children.

“You don’t ever want to speak death and say, ‘Well, if you do that, you’re going to die.’ Because that’s not good. And Jesus said He gives us life and abundant life,” Dodie said. Instead, she encouraged audiences to pray blessing and protection over their children’s lives.
This is something that Dodie did as she would pray everyday over her children and grandchildren. Prayer for Dodie, was an essential key to life.
