After two years of silence and courtroom wrangling, the FBI has released over 100 pages of writings and materials recovered from the vehicle of Audrey Hale, the shooter responsible for the horrific 2023 massacre at The Covenant School in Nashville.
What these pages reveal is more than deranged thinking — they point unmistakably to demonic deception and spiritual warfare at its darkest.

Hale, a biological female who identified as male and referred to herself with “he/him” pronouns, stormed into the Christian school on Mar. 27, 2023, killing three 9-year-old students and three staff members before being shot by responding police officers.
The writings found in Hale’s car included plans, manifestos and disturbing spiritual statements.

One handwritten note read, “Forgive me God this act will be inglorious.” In another chilling entry, Hale declared, “Nothing on earth can save me,” and “Religion won’t save.” These are not merely cries of a confused mind — they are the echoes of a tormented soul, cut off from the light and gripped by darkness.
Hale’s twisted references to God and Jesus, which included direct attacks on Christian belief, show not only a rejection of truth but an embrace of rebellion against the very source of life and salvation. This spiritual sickness is further highlighted in her violent intentions: “Pray to your God that your children will live, ’cause I will try to kill all your kids.”
This is not mental illness alone. This is spiritual infestation.
As Paul wrote in Ephesians 6:12, “We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world.” Audrey Hale’s attack was not just on innocent children or a Christian school — it was a declaration of war against God Himself and those who bear His name.
Despite modern efforts to explain away evil through psychology or politics, the reality is this: there is a devil, and he is preying on lost and broken people. And the further society drifts from God’s truth, the more fertile the soil becomes for demonic ideologies to take root.

It is time for the church to rise up in prayer, discernment and spiritual warfare. The blood of innocent children cries out for justice, and the people of God must not be silent.
Let this tragedy serve as a sober reminder: the battlefield is real, and our weapons are not carnal but mighty through God. Stay grounded in the Word. Be filled with the Holy Spirit.
And never forget: our victory has been given to us by Jesus Christ through His precious blood which He shed on the cross.
