Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a stern warning to Iran after an Iranian missile struck Saroka Hospital in Tel Aviv, describing the incident as a war crime and promising that Iran “will pay the full price.”
The hospital took a direct hit amid a barrage of Iranian missiles that also targeted residential buildings, as tensions escalate between the two nations.

“Just yesterday we evacuated the old surgical building that took a direct hit. Today it’s a great miracle,” said one of the doctors on the scene, according to CBN News correspondent Chris Mitchell, reporting from Jerusalem.
Israeli Defense Minister Israel Katz condemned the strike, saying, “These are the most severe kinds of war crimes and Khamenei will be held accountable for his crimes.”
/**/In a national address Wednesday night, Netanyahu outlined the goals of Israel’s military campaign. “We’ve embarked on this operation to eliminate two existing threats to the state of Israel—the nuclear threat and the ballistic missile threat,” he said. “We’re moving step by step towards eliminating these threats. We control the skies over Tehran. We’re striking the Ayatollah’s regime with tremendous force. We’re striking the nuclear weapons, the missiles, the headquarters, the symbols of the regime.”
Despite the ongoing attacks, Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei remains defiant. “The Iranian nation will stand firmly against the war imposed on it as it has done so far. It will also stand firmly against imposed peace. The Iranian nation will not surrender to anyone aiming to impose anything on it,” he said.
Netanyahu also thanked President Donald Trump for standing by Israel as the U.S. weighs military involvement. According to The Wall Street Journal, Trump has approved military plans but is holding off on giving the official order.
