Thirty years ago on Father’s Day in Pensacola, Florida, a spiritual explosion occurred that reverberated worldwide. Embracing humility, holiness and hunger for God, crowds gathered for five years as 4 1/2 million people waited daily from 4 a.m. in sunbaked lines to experience God’s manifest Presence. Hundreds of thousands were converted; a huge Bible school was launched. I was there!
Thirty years prior, during the Jesus Movement, I had a similar transformative experience. From a handful of youth passionate for Jesus, within three years 2000 packed a building 10 minutes from the White House. God also allowed me to be there.
Today something fresh is unfolding as God is surprising us nationwide. “Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it?” (Isaiah 43:19).

Awareness
Are you aware something supernatural is taking place that is different from past visitations but nonetheless represents an inbreaking of God? He wants us to recognize it, recalibrating our lives to see it spread!

Don’t minimize the reprieve given America when we were a millimeter away from cultural meltdown. God rescued us from the abyss of leftist, progressive people and policies, giving us the chance to see America restored to the Judeo-Christian foundations of our Founding Fathers.
Coming out of our cocoons, scores say, “I’m proud to be an American!” and sing the song “God Bless the USA” that Lee Greenwood wrote 43 years ago. A conversation I had with him convinced me this was more than a catchy melody but rather an anthem for America today.
We’re not a racist, immigrant-hating, white supremacist collection of climate-destroying colonizers, warmongers, slave owners and bigots whose country must be torn down and transformed into a Marxist utopia.
We obeyed 2 Chronicles 7:14, petitioning God for another “awakening” to “heal our land” and we won’t “limit the Holy One of Israel” (Ps. 78:41) in the way He wants to do it. If it isn’t characterized by all night prayer meetings and strange manifestations, we’ll “go with the flow!”
Two guys walked with Jesus whom He upbraided as “foolish and slow of heart” for not recognizing what was unfolding on their watch. Then “their eyes were opened” (Lk. 24:25, 31).
God is opening people’s eyes to the moral insanity of wokeism, bringing about an amazing cultural shift! He is getting us back on track with our Founders’ Mayflower Covenant establishing America “for the glory of God and the advancement of the Christian faith.”
Awakening
“Wake up, sleeper, rise from the dead, and Christ will shine on you” (Eph. 5:14).
America’s First Great Awakening (1730–40s) and Second Great Awakening (1800s) were not primarily focused on one city, but like a wave swept across the land. People repented (change of mind) that resulted in cultural change.
These past “awakenings” inspired the American Revolution; goodly government and our Constitution (enduring 238 years); the abolition of slavery plus righteous reforms throughout society!
Where “the god of this world blinded minds” (2 Cor. 4:4) the Holy Spirit is causing veils to be lifted. As God did with Paul when “something like scales fell from Saul’s eyes and he could see” (Acts 9:17), the Helper is helping people come out of their satanic stupor.
One day when crowds gathered around Jesus, He said, “Father, glorify your Name!” God the Father said, “I have glorified it, and I will do it again!” Some recognized God’s intervention, yet others dismissed it as an angel, while others thought it was thunder (Jn.12:28–30).
Are you awakening to the hidden hand of God moving today? Jesus told us to “watch and pray” (Matt. 26:41).
Turning to Truth
“The truth is so obscured in these times and falsehood so established, unless we love the truth, we cannot know it” (Blaise Pascal). As “lovers of truth” let’s get the blessing Jesus promised, “Blessed are your eyes because they see” (Matt. 13:16).
14 Providential NOT Coincidental Changes
1. Masses acknowledge being duped by the Democratic Party and the corrupt media in covering up Biden’s cognitive condition. CNN’s Jake Tapper’s book Original Sin documents the 48-month deception and his shameless role in the ruse.
2. Scores are openly expressing they want females protected from biological males in women’s sports, private spaces and restrooms.
3. The majority affirm Trump’s moral clarity: “There are only two genders – male and female.” Pastors are now repenting for their silence along with failure to equip and encourage engagement in elections and politics.
4. There is massive support for closing “open borders” which allowed an invasion by 20 million people. It has now plummeted by 99%!
5. Scores applaud ending transgenders in the military and the $50 million of our tax money spent for surgical mutilations.
6. After media-driven hysteria over tariffs and balancing trade, the stock market recovered, economy regained stability, inflation dropped and groceries and gasoline prices fell. Trillions have been pledged in investments and manufacturing plants are returning to America!
7. Despite lies regarding Medicare, the truth is prevailing and the “Big Beautiful Bill” is moving forward as Americans applaud tax cuts bringing $7,000-$10,000 in yearly savings for the average family of four.
8. Executives at Budweiser and Disney learned “Go Woke-Go Broke,” suffering catastrophic losses with Bud Light and Snow White disasters.
9. The blockbuster movie of the year, Day of Reckoning has no profanity, nudity, perversity, blasphemy, adultery or homosexuality and executives on media boards are removing biased personalities and warning “The View” to cool it on hammering Trump.
10. Taxpayers increasingly support withholding funds from antisemitic universities and biased, taxpayer supported PBS and NPR.
11. More than 20 states are passing “Heartbeat Bills” protecting the unborn.
12. Texas is inspiring the states by enacting legislation: Post the Ten Commandments in every public-school classroom.
13. Major corporations are withholding millions previously given to Gay Pride events.
14. Finally, contrary to recently departed Pope Francis (“Who am I to judge?”), the first American Pope declared, “A family is the union in marriage of a man and a woman.”
