In a striking prophecy from 2022, Charlie Shamp saw something ominous and dark in regard to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

During this time, Shamp had gone to Romania and then Ukraine where he had a vision of Putin in a vulnerable state.
“You’re talking about Vladimir Putin in corruption,” says Shamp. “Corruption is like a cancer that eats away at the soul of men… I had seen just a complete corruption of the mind of Vladimir Putin and saw him in a vision laid out in a fetal position with the spirit of death resting over him.”
Shamp also noted that in this time of prayer he says he heard God tell him that “there is nothing to fear from this man for in the coming days his strength will fail and his power will be stripped from him.”
This prophecy now holds great weight as it has been reported that Putin just survived an assassination attempt by Ukrainian drones. Shamp is not the first prophet to speak to Putin’s safety.

The late Kim Clement prophesied that the Lord spoke stating: “Get out of My way, says the Lord… I will put My hook in your nose and My bridle in your lips…I have sent, says the Lord, a spirit upon you that shall cause you to return to your land… and I will cause you to fall by the sword in your own land.”
If the prophets truly are speaking a warning to Putin, it appears that now may be the time to use wisdom and discernment as spiritual forces are at play.
