In a fiery sermon filled with prophetic urgency, Rabbi Jonathan Cahn warned that the world is witnessing the rapid alignment of biblical prophecy, and at the center of it all is Israel’s Temple Mount.
“There is right now in Israel societies that are preparing for it,” Cahn said. “That have rebuilt the temple vessels, that are training the temple priesthood.”
Describing the Temple Mount as “the most contested piece of Earth in the world,” Cahn declared, “What happens there can ignite a world war.”

Citing Revelation 16, Cahn noted that Armageddon will be a physical location: “Then they gather the kings together to the place in Hebrew that is called Armageddon.”
He pointed to Zechariah 12 as another prophetic clue. “The nations of the world will come against Israel and try to move Jerusalem,” he said, calling it evidence that the world is becoming obsessed with a “tiny little New Jersey-sized nation called Israel.”
“It’s filled with a demonic rage against it,” Cahn said. “It’s not rational. It’s spiritual. It is demonic. It is the hatred that has always been. It’s the oldest hatred in the world.”
He also warned that the rage seen in recent anti-Israel protests and global backlash is just a preview: “You want to understand Armageddon? You can look at what you saw all around the world and multiply it.”
Drawing from Revelation 11, Cahn highlighted the prophecy of a rebuilt temple: “I was given a reed like a measuring rod and told, ‘Go and measure the temple of God and the altar, with its worshipers, but exclude the outer court.’”
“The temple of God, what temple?” he asked. “The temple of Jerusalem is the only temple that it would speak of.”
He continued, “For 2,000 years, the Temple Mount has had nothing to do with the Jewish people. They were separated across the world. But now the Temple Mount is an issue for Israel and the world.”
While Cahn acknowledged that the rebuilding of the temple seems unlikely, he reminded listeners that prophecy has already defied the odds.
“If we lived 150 years ago and they said, ‘Israel is going to become a nation,’ it would look impossible,” he said. “But lo and behold, God made sure it happened.”
“They are going to build that temple,” Cahn declared. “I believe it’s going to take a colossal event.”
He also linked past and present crises to the Temple Mount: “What happened on October 7, actually behind it all was the Temple Mount and the book of Revelation,” he said. “Behind 9/11 was also the Temple Mount.”
Even global institutions are part of the conflict, Cahn noted. “The United Nations condemns Israel possessing that mount,” he said. “Says you have no right to it and calls it by its Muslim name. Will not call it the Temple Mount.”
Referencing Revelation 11 and 13, Cahn focused on a unique feature of end-times prophecy, the entire world watching events in real time.

“How can an image that appears to come to life deceive the whole world unless the whole world sees it in real time?” he asked. “It couldn’t just be told. They had to see it.”
“This could never happen until the 20th century and even the 21st century,” Cahn said. “Only now can the world witness an event in real time.”
He ended the message with a sobering reminder: “The first generation is now.”
Prophecy is not just possible, it’s unfolding.
