The late prophetic voice, Kim Clement, saw many events which we have seen come to pass in recent years. Now one question may be asked: Did he see what would happen in 2025?
In a prophecy from July 25, 2015, Clement prophesied that there would be change coming to the White House, specifically, where the Spirit of the Lord would come and bring a shifting revival to our nation.

“I’ve watched as the soil and the elements of this nation and the world have rebelled and said we wish to erupt. We wish to shake and I have stopped them,” Clement prophesies.
This shaking, which he believed would have greatly impacted the Pacific Northwest, was stopped by the Lord for a very specific purpose: to bring the right people into leadership into the heart of the United States.
“I said, ‘No, you will not. For there shall arise leaders that shall speak the truth in this nation, and I will give them one more chance,’ says the Lord. ‘And because of that, I have extended My period of grace. And I will remove from this office those who have corrupted the truth and lied and spoken to the enemies at the gate as if they were their friends. This has insulted me,’ says the Lord. ‘Therefore, I will give you peace. I will give you righteousness. And there shall arise men and women that shall pray in the White House, and they shall bring the latter rain into this nation and onto the earth,’ says the Lord.”
This prophetic word just may be a glimpse into what we are seeing today as President Trump continues to uphold Christian prayer and faith, created a Faith Office and the White House itself continues to erupt in worship and prayer with leaders of the faith praising Jesus.
From gatherings of worship within the halls of leadership to high-level advisors openly seeking God in prayer, the atmosphere in the White House has shifted. Where policy and politics once drowned out spiritual conviction, a hunger for righteousness and divine guidance is now taking root. The prayers of the saints and prophetic promises of the past are colliding with present-day revival.

President Trump’s renewed emphasis on faith, prayer and national righteousness seems to echo Clement’s words that God would “give you peace” and “extend My period of grace.” The creation of the Faith Office and continued gatherings of spiritual leaders at the White House serve as markers of the prophetic rain Clement spoke of.
As worship and intercession rise from Washington D.C., it signals not just a political movement, but a spiritual awakening. The latter rain is falling, and with it comes the hope that this nation is being positioned—not for judgment—but for revival, restoration and a return to the heart of God.
