Prepare your hearts for 2023, because God is refining the body of Christ to a new level. Some in the body of Christ have been operating out of their own will and vain imaginations for their life and church congregations. Pastor Mark Biltz, founder of El Shaddai Ministries prophesies that God, in His loving mercy will be tipping the church over to reveal what’s inside the cup.
“This is the year God is going to tip everyone over, so we can see what’s inside of us and we will be shocked what’s there,” Biltz says in an exclusive Charisma News interview.
Romans 1:21-22 says, “Because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him or give thanks to Him as God, but became futile in their imaginations, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Claiming to be wise, they became fools.”
Often times when hardship comes we immediately start rebuking the devil, but it can be God refining us into the spotless bride He is returning for. Biltz says, “He wants us to be ready for His coming at any time, but we may not be ready. The way He makes us ready is by knocking us over so things spill out of our mind, our heart, our thoughts.”
Jeremiah 17:10 says, “I, the Lord, search the heart, I test the mind, even to give to every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his deeds.” We should be thankful that God gives us the opportunity to be transformed more into the image of His Son.
David prayed in the book of Psalms and asked God to test him. In Psalm 26:2 he says, “Examine me, O Lord, and test me; try my affections and my heart.”
Biltz encourages Christians, saying it’s “not because God doesn’t know what’s in us, but because He wants us to know what’s in us. We don’t know until we are in the hard times.”
The world is going to be turned upside down and as we are tested we have the opportunity and free will to repent for the things that have been hidden inside and be surrender those areas to Jesus.
“God wants you made out of gold, silver and precious stones. I really believe this is the year we are going to see ‘trouble in River City,'” Biltz says.
