Faith Marie Baczko may be Canadian, but as a prophetic teacher, she says everyone around the world should be praying for the United States at this time.
With its most important election in history coming up on Tuesday and the intense, prevailing political division and widespread lack of unity, Baczko, the president of Headstone International Ministries, says believers worldwide have a godly obligation to intercede for America right now. It’s why she believes God has made her a prophetic voice for a time such as this, which includes her podcast, Sound of the Trumpet, on the Charisma Podcast Network (CPN).
“The whole world is watching the United States right now, but everything that happens in the U.S. trickles down to everywhere else,” Baczko told Dr. Steve Greene on a recent episode of Greenelines on CPN. “I am Canadian, so people have asked me, ‘Why are you so concerned about America and American politics?’
“It’s because I feel that America is the center of the Bible right now,” she said. “It’s the stronghold that the enemy needs to take down in order to take control and have dominion. This is the center of the battle, for all nations. Everyone must be involved in this battle and be praying for the United States right now because this is a critical moment of history.
“There’s a lot on the line during this election,” Baczko said. “So we are praying up here; we have intercessors all across the nation who are joining up, linking up and praying regularly, day and night, for the elections in America.
“I’ve sensed that there are some big things ahead we need to be prepared for,” she added. “So God gave me a lot of Scripture. One was in Isaiah 28, where the king of Babylon was at the fork of two roads and using divination to decide which way he was going. We can join in prayer and push back the darkness, and we can hinder the enemy’s plans and schemes.”
