Prophetic Minister: Jesus Says He’s Coming Back Sooner Than We Think

Is Jesus trying to get a message to His church about distractions, the cares of life and getting left behind? Christa Elisha believes He is.

In fact, she recently had an encounter with Him that left her shaken. It struck a chord with millions of other people as well. Her recounting of her encounter and vision on Facebook quickly went viral.

Elisha is a hairdresser by trade. She’s also a prophetic minister who is the founder of Arise Kingdom Ministries and has been having visions since she was a little girl. This one came as she was out in her neighborhood walking.

Suddenly, she believed she saw Jesus ahead of her. Crying out to Him, Christa felt an urgency to begin running after Him. But even as she ran, she could not close the distance between them and “I wasn’t liking the space between us,” she recalls.

As she continued to run, she cried out, “Don’t leave me. Please don’t leave me behind, Jesus!”

With each step, she repented for the things she’d allowed to come between them, the space she’d allowed to creep in. As she explains it, “Not big sins … sometimes petty things, distractions, disobedience, the cares of life.”

Out of breath and in a near panic at the thought of being left behind, she finally reached Jesus, and He turned to look at her. As she held His hand, she recalls Him saying, “My heart is that not one would be left behind, but many on that day when they cry, ‘Lord, Lord,’ I’ll turn my face from them as if I never knew them.”

“He said He was coming back, and it’s sooner than we think.” Elisha declares through sobs. She recorded her testimony and posted it on Facebook in spite of being sweaty and without makeup or styled hair. Since its posting, the testimony has had over 10 million views.

The heart of the message she shares—for those who know Jesus and those who don’t: “He’s coming soon. And we have got to get away from all the petty distractions and the cares of this life!” We have to be ready when He returns.
