As the world braces for what many sense is a coming spiritual shift, Mike Signorelli is sounding the alarm, urging believers to prepare—both spiritually and practically—for what lies ahead. “We are in the calm before the storm,” he declared, suggesting that the current stillness is a divine opportunity to position ourselves for what’s coming.
One of the central deceptions the enemy has sown into the modern church, according Signorelli, revolves around money. “One of the biggest lies of the enemy that he got into the church is that there’s something wrong with Christians having money,” he said. This misconception, he argued, has caused many believers to reject or mishandle financial blessings rather than steward them for the kingdom of God.
Speaking with Signorelli, financial strategist Patrick Chandler offered a counter-narrative: that properly managing wealth is not only biblical but also a pathway to spiritual growth. “You actually become more like Christ in the process of managing what He’s given you,” he explained. This message challenges the common notion that financial prosperity is incompatible with spiritual purity. Instead, he presents stewardship as an act of worship—one that reflects God’s character and wisdom.
In that same spirit of discernment, Chandler highlighted the importance of spiritual gatekeeping and discernment when utilizing finances. “People like Pastor Mike do not give access,” he said, implying that spiritual authority and influence should be handled with caution. Access to leadership, platforms or influence in ministry should never be given lightly but must be stewarded as carefully as finances.

This isn’t just about money—it’s about mindset. It’s about rejecting scarcity, shame and guilt surrounding prosperity, and instead walking in kingdom authority and responsibility. The storm may be coming, but those who are rooted in truth, grounded in stewardship and led by the Spirit will not only endure it—they will thrive in the midst of it.
