In the wake of the catastrophic July 4, 2025, flood that swept through Kerrville, Texas, prophetic voice Amanda Grace joined Charisma Media to discuss the spiritual significance of the tragedy, offering insight, warning and heartfelt prayer.

This disaster struck close to home for Amanda and her ministry. “Our head of intercessory prayer, Pastor Ricky Ray Robertson, lives in Kerrville, Texas, and they lost almost everything,” she shared. Amanda was on the phone praying with Pastor Ricky “as he was in waters rising up to his hips trying to rescue his brother… at 7:00 a.m.”
Grace then pointed to prophetic warnings she had received earlier in the year. “Back [on] Jan. 2, 2025, I did a broadcast and the Lord had me sound the alarm about July of 2025.” Then, “June 30th, 2025, the Lord had said to me, ‘It’s going to be a jolting July.’” She emphasized that the word jolt—meaning to move or dislodge with a sudden hard blow—was not part of her regular vocabulary.
Adding to the prophetic weight, Amanda revealed a striking pattern: “If you add up [the date] July 4, 2025, you get 911.” She detailed several national events from 2025, ranging from a Cybertruck explosion to a helicopter crash and a “no kings” protest, when the dates numerically equaled 9-1-1. “We have a pattern here, a prophetic pattern here, an alarm being sounded right now to the nation and to the church.”
She also drew attention to Genesis 7:4 as a spiritual parallel: “‘For after seven more days, I will cause it to rain on the earth 40 days and 40 nights…’ Genesis 7:4 talks about the flood.” Grace suggested the enemy was attempting to “counterfeit something to attempt a similar result,” mirroring what God once did in righteousness.
Kerrville’s location is also notable. It lies in the path of two recent solar eclipses and near Eagle Pass, Texas. “That’s how you can tell there is a spiritual war happening over this area,” Grace warned. “There are very serious spiritual implications.”
Ultimately, she urged the church not to remain passive. “When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord shall lift up a standard against him… We are the standard.” She exhorted believers to “armor up, buck up, get on the wall, be the watchman and spiritually fight back because it affects the natural.”
In a passionate prayer, Grace petitioned God to send angels to aid rescue efforts, expose any evil at work and bring healing and restoration: “Let miracles, Father God, come forth out of this area, out of the rubble, out of the flood… Let a banner and a standard be raised for the nation out of this area.”
As the broadcast ended, she concluded, “The second half of this year is going to be way more bumpy and explosive than the first half was… We need to be praying and we need to be ready.”
