Frances Swaggart, the wife of the late Evangelist Jimmy Swaggart, asked an important question as we make it closer to the Second Coming of Christ: Are you prepared to be raptured?
In a post on Facebook, Swaggart gave profound insights on how Christians should focus their attention on the Lord.

Have you ever wondered, “Am I ready—really ready—for the rapture or for dying or for going to heaven?” If you’re a believer and find yourself dwelling on such questions, then it’s time to remember who it is that your faith is in because all salvation and all victory is in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Swaggart then quoted the apostle Paul and what he had to say about salvation in Christ.
The apostle Paul said, “For I know whom I have believed, and am persuaded that he is able to keep that which I have committed unto him against that day.” The “whom” he is talking about is, of course, the Lord Jesus Christ. You received salvation by believing in your heart and confessing with your mouth what He did for you on the cross. You believed Him then, so believe Him now and keep right on doing so. If your faith is in Christ, then you know that you know that you know you are ready to meet the Lord; there is absolutely no debate.
Swaggart also pointed out that when we commit our soul and spirit to the Lord, then we can find our trust alone in Christ to be the One we will see at the very end.
Paul said he was persuaded—that means he couldn’t be budged from believing anything other than, “He is able to keep that which I have committed unto him.” And what you committed to Him is your soul and your spirit. We must know in whom we have believed, because when the final curtain is about to come down, it had better be Christ and Christ alone in whom you place your trust.
