Mark Biltz: Pope Francis, Political Climate, Scary New Tech Creating ‘Trifecta’ for Antichrist System

Many Christians were outraged earlier this month when Pope Francis met with an imam and signed a covenant that some say pushes us toward a one-world religion. Author, minister and end-times expert Mark Biltz says this is just one of the three ways the world is preparing for the Antichrist. His new book, Decoding the Antichrist and End Times, exposes how the Antichrist will use a one-world religion, political globalism and frightening new technology to accomplish his goal of worldwide dominance. Interestingly, Biltz points out, these three factors are beginning to converge in our day.

“It’s like a trifecta,” Biltz tells me. “We also see all the technology that is now available to implement this one-world order, globalism. And then we also have the political will, where you see Russia, China and Iran, Syria, Israel—the political climate with this globalism. All three of these are coming together at the same time.”

Biltz warns that technology like Alexa or Siri can give the government access to monitor your homes. And even something as innocuous as family-tree DNA tests could give a rising Antichrist the means to try to wipe out the Jewish people. These are the things we need to watch out for, Biltz says.

“It’s amazing how [much] we’re under surveillance—and I’m not talking about a conspiracy theory here,” he says. “I’m talking about how they can track us through our phones. … There really is no privacy anymore. … These things can be hacked.”

And yet, when it comes to the end times, Christians have spent most of their time trying to figure out who the Antichrist is. During the Reformation, the church thought the pope was the Antichrist. During World War II, many thought it was Hitler. Even now, theories abound that perhaps someone like Barack Obama or Hillary Clinton is the prophesied “man of lawlessness” (2 Thess. 2:3b). But if people aren’t careful, they can get caught up in the debate—or worse, even be deceived.

Instead of trying to figure out who the Antichrist is, Biltz decided it was much more important to figure out what this man will do. So he studied the Scriptures in depth to unearth the truth about the system the Antichrist will put in place and how he will manage to control and manipulate the entire world.

“I felt it was more important to profile the Antichrist, to try to figure out how he operates, what his modus operandi is and to recognize that the Antichrist system that is working among us right now, today” Biltz says.

In fact, he has discovered so much about the Antichrist that he wrote his latest book, Decoding the Antichrist and the End Times, which I’m proud to say Charisma House is publishing. Biltz is founder of El Shaddai Ministries and a well-known and popular commentator on the feasts of the Lord. In fact, he has produced a series of DVDs on the feasts that have gone around the world. He also wrote Blood Moons and God’s Day Timer. His newest book is set to release March 5, but it’s already striking a chord with people.

I had the opportunity to interview Biltz for my “In Depth With Stephen Strang” podcast last week. (Be sure to visit cpnshows.com to subscribe!) If you listen to the entire interview at the end of this article, I have a feeling you’ll be so intrigued you’ll want to buy the book. I found Biltz’s insights both fascinating and helpful to the body of Christ in this hour.

It’s important to remember that even though the Antichrist will come in the end times, the spirit of the Antichrist is always with us. Biltz says this spirit manifests in what he calls “legalized lawlessness.”

“They make all kinds of ridiculous laws to justify what they do,” he says. “Look at the New York abortion law. If we just make it a law, it’s OK. If we just legalize gay marriage, if we can legalize drugs, if we can legalize the illegals, then everything is fine. And so to me, the Antichrist spirit is a system where we try to legalize moral lawlessness, thinking that justifies it.”

As the Antichrist spirit continues to rage in our day and age, it’s important that the body of Christ equip itself to both recognize and reject the Antichrist’s system. That’s why I encourage you to read Biltz’s Decoding the Antichrist and the End Times, which you can find at amazon.com or biltzbook.com.

Be sure to listen to the podcast below and share this article with your friends. The more we discern our times like the sons of Issachar (see 1 Chron. 12:32), the more we can respond to our moment in history through the power of the Holy Spirit.
