I saw prophetic writers delivering reports to people with whom they are in close relationship. These reports were bound like books, with critical subjects hand-sewn onto the front covers and spines.
These reports ranged from collections of letters and prayers to prophetic words and promises. The recipients were people who were intimate with the prophetic writer, like parents, children, close friends or people in close relationship of some sort. They knew the prophetic writer. When the recipient extended the reports to them, the books were simply transferred to their hands and opened. I saw people weeping as they received and heard these words from the Lord.
I heard the phrase, “Witness report.” Amen.
The Lord said:
“This is the season for prophetic writers to release the witness report. It is a time when I am requiring my scribal sons and daughters to record openly what they see me do and hear me say. This scribal company of prophetic writers has a burden to not only listen and record the predictions I am releasing to family, close friends, communities, states, regions and so forth concerning my divine instructions and promises, but to also date them, timestamp them and distribute them among these groups and in time. This makes possible follow-up with evidence and proof of the answer.
“I am reminding these instructed scribes to gather the volumes, to be attentive to the time of release, to make the release known among the people assigned and to watch the release for the time that it is fulfilled—and record the fulfillment as a witness to Me.
“Is this not the way I have encouraged my people in times past, in times of trouble and chaos? Is this not the way I have caused many to believe by seeing that I bring my Word to pass? Is this not the way I have spoken life into families—destroying doubt and unbelief, causing loved ones to return to and trust me?
“Your volumes, beloved, will be my witness. Your volumes will reveal that my promises are true. Your volumes will serve as letters that I still speak. Your volumes will show that I have been attentive, watching, full of mercy and grace. Your volumes will serve as evidence and proof, where other methods have failed, and my people will believe.
“Beloved, I am causing you, as My scribal witness in this hour in heaven and in the earth, to gather the volume of your witness report as we stand in this season. I am causing you to exhort and give hope to my people.
“Truly, I am drawing them. Truly, I am shining light in the darkness. I am causing you to be deliberate in your release and faithful in creating a witness to my promises and my instructions ‘right where you are.’ There is a time coming when my witness will speak as my witnesses are heard.
— 1 John 1:4, “We are writing these things to you so that our joy may be complete.”
— Acts 22:15, “For you will be His witness to all men of what you have seen and heard.”
— Deuteronomy 18:18, “I will raise up a prophet from among their brothers, like you, and will put My words in his mouth, and he will speak to them all that I command him.”
— 2 Timothy 4:13, “When you come, bring with you the cloak that I left at Troas with Carpus, and the books, but especially the parchments.”
