I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty. —Revelation 1:8
God has a future for you, and He will see you safely to it, if you will let Him. God shows us where we are, and He shows us where we are going to end up. He shows us A and Z, but He doesn’t always show us L, M, N, O, P.
If you are going to make it through to God’s palace, you are going to have to pass through the “P’s”: problems, perils, persecutions, and people. Rest while you can in the “R’s” because the “T’s” are right around the corner: trials, tribulations, and trouble.
God did not just casually declare that you are going to end up somewhere. He has a master plan, and He made a blueprint! He knows exactly what it is going to take to get you from where you are to where He said you would be! He knows your omega before alpha ever begins. God is always at your side as you traverse your course. He is the one who is, and was, and is to come. The God who was faithful yesterday will meet your needs today and already knows your tomorrow. Call on Him today.
Jesus, I know that You are the same yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
You are my Alpha and Omega. You know my beginning from my end.
I trust you with all my beginnings, knowing
You have everything in control. Amen.
