We all know change is inevitable. Seasons change; people change; governments and laws change. We all go through transitions as individuals, families, churches and the body of Christ. God is always leading His people to a new and higher place in Himself. The whole world is currently going through a transition in this global pandemic. Transition signifies that there is something to leave behind and something new to look forward to. Jesus spent forty days preparing His disciples for their transition. Jesus was about to return to heaven, to His Father, and the disciples would now become the body of Christ on the earth.
At times, transition can feel scary and intimidating. However, God promises to never leave nor forsake us in our transition. He knows the future and has already made a way for us to move forward into the new.
