Are your kids unknowingly opening demonic doors?
Many times children are exposed to things that open doors to darkness without their even realizing it. In a recent video, Jenny Weaver uncovered the darkness behind one of these concepts: blood sisters.

“Kids are introduced to witchcraft and they have no idea,” Weaver says. “I remember growing up, doing something I thought was so innocent like blood sisters. Cutting our fingers and then us putting our fingers together, letting the blood run between each other and saying we are now forever blood sisters.”
Weaver points out that, to most people, this seems like a harmless game from childhood. The truth is there is something much darker behind it.

“That’s what we call blood magic,” Weaver says. “And I explain that and so much more in my book, The Wicked World of Witchcraft. It’s astonishing to me how many witchcraft practices have crept into our normal everyday life and even into the life of a believer.”
As innocent as some childhood games may seem, many carry deeper spiritual implications that go unnoticed—until the consequences surface. Jenny Weaver’s urgent warning is a wake-up call to parents, guardians and believers alike: the enemy doesn’t wait until adulthood to begin his influence. Subtle rituals like “blood sisters” may appear harmless, but they often mirror and mimic practices rooted in witchcraft and the occult. What looks like play can become a gateway, opening spiritual doors that were never meant to be touched.
Now more than ever it’s crucial for families to stay vigilant about what is being introduced to their homes and children. The Word of God calls us to be set apart, and that includes guarding the hearts and minds of the next generation. As Weaver reminds us, not everything that’s “normal” is harmless—and not every trend is innocent. It’s time to expose the darkness, close the doors and declare our households as places of light, truth and freedom in Christ.
