Have you ever felt overwhelmed and completely worn out while going through spiritual warfare? The enemy loves to attack God’s warriors when we are tired. The agenda of our adversary is for us to quit and stop doing the will of the Lord. The devil wants us frustrated enough to turn away from God. When do we get our healing? When we rest in God.
How do we rest in God? When we trust Him. Even though we are warriors for the kingdom of God, we must remember always that the battle is not ours, it is the Lord’s (2 Chron. 20:15). When we begin to become weary in well-doing, this is when we will need to take a look at where we have taken ownership of the battle (Gal. 6:9). God instructs us to stand still and see the salvation of the Lord (2 Chron. 20:17).
How do we do that? Prayer, worship, studying His Word, believe Him and trust Him every step of the way. Once we do that, we will begin to see God’s mighty hand moving things around on our behalf. His word never returns to Him void (Isa. 55:11). He is faithful. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. He is the same God who parted the Red Sea (Ex. 14). He is the same God who raised Lazarus from the dead (John 11:38-44) as well as the same God Who raised Jesus from the dead (Rom. 8:11).
Your healing comes in your surrendering it all to God. Yes! You have no control of your assignment, your issues or anything else. God has got it! Once you get this, you shall be healed, in Jesus’ name! {eoa}
