The woman, in her late 60s, stood next to Pastor Mark Bristow with a dowager’s hump at that small Houston church. Her spine bent at the neck, and scoliosis snaked it into the shape of the letter S. She’d lost four inches in height, and agonizing pain ripped through her body.
In fact, she was scheduled for a long, involved surgery procedure the very next day to relieve some of the pain. She shared this information with Bristow, who, without touching her, began to pray.
Suddenly, with her feet on the ground, she violently bent over backward and touched the floor with her hands. Before she went down, she reached her husband’s chin. When she stood back up, she came to the top of his nose! When she went to the hospital the next day, there was no need of surgery or any other type of treatment! God had given her a miracle!
