Sadie Robertson got married Monday—and her Christian fans might be as ecstatic about it as she is.
Robertson, a Christian lifestyle blogger and former star of Duck Dynasty, shared a photo of her and her new groom, Christian Huff, admiring each other on their wedding day. She captioned the photo: “forever, me and you.”
Robertson’s mother, Korie Robertson, also took to Instagram to share the happy news, though she had a bit more to say about the occasion.
“I’m still not quite able to put it into words, but just know that on 11.25.19 our baby girl married the most amazing man,” Korie wrote. “These last few days have felt like a literal dream. We’ve been all-out celebrating, dancing, eating, laughing, hugging, visiting, and most importantly worshipping God and thanking Him for joining these two as one. Sadie and Christian you are so loved. Dad and I are proud to send you off on your adventure of a lifetime. Have fun, hold hands and jump in with both feet.”
Several prominent Christian pastors, worship leaders and influencers responded with their congratulations.
“Simply the best,” Passion City Church Pastor Louie Giglio wrote.
“Spectacular,” said Bible teacher Priscilla Shirer.
Worship artist Steffany Gretzinger added: “You are too cute and gorgeous. So happy, happy, happy for you and your sweetheart.”
