Barry Bennett, dean of instructors at Charis Bible College, says that developing intimacy with God is the best way to hang onto joy, victory and authority in Christ.
In this video from a Campus Days presentation, Bennett says, “The more you know Him, the less opportunity there is for someone to steal your peace, steal your joy, steal your victory, steal your faith, [and] steal your authority.”
Bennett also says pursuing that intimacy with God is a good reason to come to Charis Bible College.
“Why come to Bible college?” Bennett asks. “Because God wants to reveal to you His true nature. And I think you’ll have that opportunity here.”
