Evangelist and author Mario Murillo loves God, and of course that means he loves Christmas. As we know, the Left has long tried to steal this holiday from believers. And that’s something Murillo says that, despite the liberals’ attempt to squelch the protests over the election fraud and deny Trump’s victory, we can’t allow to happen.
“I thought of the 90-mile journey of Mary and Joseph from Nazareth to Bethlehem,” Murrilo says. “I thought about how they felt and the fact that globalism was invented in the bedroom of Caesar Augustus. One night, he decides from the safety of his bedroom that he’s going to register the whole world, and there’s no nations anymore. It’s just wrong. And he was going to get their private information. And he was going to tell them that they had to pay a certain amount. And in exchange, they would have Roman liberties. It’s everything that [liberal billionaire George] Soros and all of them are saying now.
“So he felt like the puppet master when he was, in fact, the puppet,” Murillo says. He adds, “In every generation, people’s lives are controlled by human policy and prophecy. But whenever policy and prophecy collide, prophecy swallows up policy.
“Now here’s what happened,” Murillo says. “Augustus said, ‘We’re the world power; we’re the ones in control.’ [Mary and Joseph] took that 90-mile journey from Nazareth to Bethlehem to fulfill a 700-year-old prophecy from Micah,” he says, pointing to Micah 5:2: “Though you are the least of all the tribes of Judah yet out of you, Bethlehem, will come a ruler whose origins are from before time.’
“So it wasn’t Augustus who was in charge,” Murillo says. “And the people who listening need to know that God is in charge. God’s power, His prophetic word, His prophecy will always trump policy.”
