Let me say this right out of the gate.
Women in ministry, it’s time to rise up and walk in the fullness of your calling!
We are in a war and all hands are needed on deck. A vast harvest of lost, broken, confused, fearful, bound-for-hell souls await. It’s urgent.
However, I want to acknowledge that many of you … no … most of you walk out your calling alone and without a mentor to help you navigate the ropes of ministry. I know this from first-hand experience. For the first 25 years of ministry, I waited and waited and waited for a ministry mentor. Mentors for men in ministry are difficult to find but for women, they are scarce … really, really scare.
No more!
Ladies, heed these prophetic words I received from the Lord about women in ministry:
“A holy invasion is coming upon the daughters of the Lord. A great multitude of women will arise from the sidelines, accept God’s call to advance the kingdom and take their place in the harvest field with sickle in hand.
“The anointing is found in the cluster. I see you as a beautiful grape before the Lord. God is placing a cluster of grapes around you, attached to the Vine. This is a ministry of women leaders who will walk together. God is going to squeeze the cluster out, again and again, to this nation as well as the nations of the world. Together, this ministry of women leaders will project the blessing on the next generation. God will reward each of you with fruit that remains. Many, many around the world will be touched by this cluster of women in ministry.”

Trailblazer Mentoring Network (TrailblazerMentoring.com) is a by-invitation movement for women in ministry who are part of the end-time remnant, carry the fire of God and recognize their need for a mentor to walk in the fullness of their calling.
